About the Role

  • Join the team that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

  • Based at our Maroubra clinic, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door. You’ll work closely with our practitioners, build strong relationships with clients, and help ensure the clinic operates efficiently day-to-day.

    Full Time (Monday – Friday)

What we are looking for:

  • A friendly, professional and engaging communicator who loves helping people
  • Someone who enjoys building genuine relationships with clients and making them feel welcomed and remembered
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to confidently manage phone calls, bookings, emails and administration tasks
  • A proactive team player who takes initiative and enjoys problem-solving
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities

Qualifications

  • Previous reception, administration or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems

Preferred Skills

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Experience managing appointments and client bookings
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Experience in a healthcare, allied health or medical reception role (desirable)

  • Eager to learn our hands on treatment style, along with our unique movement pattern treatment approach. 

  • Keen to develop life-long relationship with clients and help them not just get out of pain but kicking goals with an outcomes based approach

  • This role is based at our Rouse Hill Clinic

Qualifications

  • Full AHPRA Registration required  
  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy or similar 
 

Preferred Skills

  • Manual/hands on treatment

  • Cupping 

  • Dry Needling
